Exportloop privacy policy

Last updated: 19 October 2026

Exportloop: Export Tickets to Excel ("Exportloop") is published by Joao Duro De Matos, a sole proprietorship registered in Poland (NIP 9452193255), Ułanów 64D lok. 27, 31-460 Kraków, Poland.

The short version

Exportloop has no servers. It runs inside Zendesk, in the browser of the agent who uses it, and talks only to your own Zendesk account through Zendesk's app framework. It sends no data to us or to anyone else, and uses no analytics, cookies or tracking.

What Exportloop reads

When an agent runs an export, Exportloop reads from your Zendesk account, with that agent's permissions: the agent's views, the ticket fields, the tickets in the chosen view or search, their comments if asked for, and the names and emails of the people, groups and organizations on those tickets. It builds the Excel or CSV file in the browser and hands it to the browser as a download. The file is saved on the agent's computer; where it goes from there is up to your organization.

What Exportloop stores

Only the agent's last export settings (view or search and the search text, chosen columns, comments option, "public replies only" and format), in that browser's local storage, so the form is filled in next time. No ticket content is stored. Clearing the browser's site data removes it.

What we receive

Nothing from your tickets or your users. Like every Zendesk Marketplace developer, we can see the installation and billing information Zendesk provides to developers (for example which accounts have installed the app and their plan). Payments are handled by Zendesk and Stripe; we never see card details. If you write to us, we keep your email to answer it.

Your data

For the data in Zendesk and in the files you export, your organization remains the controller; Exportloop does not process it anywhere but in your agents' browsers. Zendesk processes your data under its own terms and privacy policy.
